need help..i already uninstalled the app but still appear on top menu bar, i also checked system preferences and removed it. i tried cmd+drag but still didn´t work. the app still appear on top menu bar what should i do?

Did you follow the steps? - https://kb.paragon-software.com/article/4500
If not, you might need to reinstall the app, then do an uninstall correctly.
