can't change date & time

i would like to change my date and time in sys-prefs, or at least have the possibility to do so, but i can't..

the possibility to change month, year, everything is blocked out, or the arrows are missing, and i can't get a cursor inside the "boxes" to change it manually, without choosing a date in the calender...
it is driving me mad, because i frequently use this way to confirm dates etc...

any ideas on how to get the arrows to re-appear?

turn off "Still inn Dato og tid automatisk".

Are you logged into your mac as an administrator?
Check in the accounts Control Panel, if your name is listed as a Standard or Limited user, then you need to login as an administrator, or get someone else to. Then you'll be able to change the time.

Administrator or not, you still can't change date and time manually unless 'Still inn Dato og tid automatisk' is turned off.
