Can't find QT files in Temp Internet Folder!

I want to save a QT file on IE but when the file has downloaded and played back, i searched the Temp Internet Folder (users-library-prefs-explorer-temporary files) but nothing is in the folder! And the MS Internet Cache folder only has the file IE Cache.waf how do i get the QT file to show?
Similarly, my safari cache has lots of folders numbered 1-15 but I can never find the QT files that i've downloaded!
HELP! THANX!
 
Do a File>Find and type in the name of the file. it just might be in your download folder which is in your home folder.
