Can't login with AD account

We have an Apple server bound to a Windows AD. All looks good and I created shares on the Apple giving permissions to the Windows AD users.

However, I have two problems:

1) From a Mac I can see the shares but can't connect with AD accounts.

2) From a Windows client I can't see nor connect.
 
Right click on the shared folders and make sure the AD accounts are added to read or read/write to the folder's contents.
