Can't test Help remote because of error message

Please elaborate greatly... we don't even know what program you're trying to use (It looks like osxVNC, but who knows?). What are you trying to do? What kind of setup are you trying to do it on? What is "Help remote"?
 
Sorry, I am really computer illiterate and do not know how to post these things. I'll try to elaborate more...I downloaded this site's "Help-The Support Application" and there are trouble shooting tools at the bottom to test my computer to see if it will work with the application. The first two buttons (Internet Activity & Account/ SSH Connectivity) passed but when I tested the Remote Sharing button it gave me the error message "Applescript Error-The Variable OSXvncPath is not defined. (-2753)" ............Oh...I just saw that the two ports were different and I changed them to match and now it passes. I feel so smart right now.LOL Sorry for wasting your time but thanks for being there for us Dummies!
