how good are ccna stuff of hotcerts.com ?. they have a good package going on, so i wondered if anyone used them . Please do let me know

I have used the Transcender stuff but that was about 2 years ago. They were EXACTLY like the Cisco CCNA exam when I took them. Excellent stuff and worth the money.
I also tried another CCNA cert exam prior to that and it was really bad (it was from a company called Self Test Software...blegh!).
As for the hotcerts.com stuff, I'm not familiar with it so I couldn't say.

IMHO the book Cisco IOS in a Nutshell is the best reference book (not CCNA study book) you could own. O'Reilly Press has some really good Cisco books.
