CD Stuck

I had inserted a CD when I was trying to download some songs onto an MP3Player and I'm unable to get it out of the slot...I've ejected it but nothing has come out and I can't use the drive until I get the CD out...how do I do this?

Have you tried using iTunes ~> Controls ~> Eject Disc?

If you open a Finder window does the disc appear in the left column? Click the Finder windows menubar and choose "Customise" from the Contextual Menu, then drag the "Eject" icon from the window that appears onto the menubar. Highlight the disc and then click 'Eject'.

You can do the same (eject a disc, that is) using Disc Utililty, too.

Mandy--if You Have A Power Pc-push Open The Cd Player Door And With A Straightened Out Paper Clip-there Is A Small Hole Just Below Where The Cd/dvd Holder Is-stick The Paper Clip Into It Til You Feel Resistance And Push A Little More; You Will Hear Some Slight Noises And The Cd Should Eject.
