Change font in iPhoto

When looking at the photos, is there a way to change the font and or size of the information below each photo?

You may change the font size of the source menu, or change the background behind the photos (default dark grey - black may make reading easier). I know of no way to change the general font. You could use zoom (Universal Access), or adjust your screen's resolution.
