Change Language Input Flag

Hi All,

I'm looking to change the flag icon for a language input on my system. Any advice on how I can go about doing this?

Thanks.

System Preferences->International, Input Menu tab. There put a check mark into the country's flag you want.

No, how do I CHANGE the FLAG ICON for a particular language input? For example, changing a particular countries flag icon to a different image up on the top bar.

Thanks.

Moving this to system & software since this is a question and not a tutorial.

System/Library/ somewhere in it. My wild guess is /PreferencePanes/Keyboard.prefpane -> Contents/Resources/xyz.lproj -> and inside the nib files. Or /CoreServices/MenuExtras/UniversalAccess.menu on the same path, and inside its resources.

Make a backup before touching anything in System folder.

If you're using English and don't want the US or UK flag to be visible at all times, change the inout language to Japanese - Romaji. The language input is the same and the icon changes to a big letter 'A'.
