Does anyone know where to get a 512MB stick of RAM for my G4 that is under $100? A few months ago I went to crucial and saw they were selling for around $85. But now, anywhere I go, crucial, macmall, 18004memory, they are all around $115. Or should I wait a few months and the prices will probably come down again?
 
Memory prices are really volatile right now. One of the cheaperSITES which you already mentioned, is just under $100 today, depending on which type you need. RamseekRAMSEEKER.COM is a good place to check from day to day for best prices..

I wouldn't expect RAM prices to drop dramatically anytime soon. They're on the rise right now for various reasons. $115 is still a steal for a 512MB chip, get it while it's at that price.
