Cisco VPN Client and Tiger

Has anybody been able to get the Cisco VPN Client to work under tiger. I get an error that appears to be the same error that you get when the network cable is unplugged. Is there something that is not reporting correctly to the client? I get what I believe is a related issue using Virtual PC, where it has a networking error, something about not being able to use the virtual switch
 
I have also had no luck with cisco vpn under tiger. I get some #ffffffff error. For me it says the subsystem cannot be launched. What build are you running?
 
Cannot do anything about VPN, but the virtual pc error is easy to fix as long as you use dhcp. Just change the network setting in 'pc settings' to shared network and restart. Must make sure TCP/IP is set to use dhcp.

Okay so this isn't an isolated issue for only me. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, placed startup items all over...but can not get my Cisco client to work in Tiger. If anyone figures it out or hears of an answer, I'd appreciate hearing about it.

Cisco just released the Tiger compatible version today (May 13) on their download site. Installed it and now works fine.
 
Anyone have a link to the new client?

The "Cisco Rep" at my company kept repeating "Well I haven't heard anything about a problem with the Apple client...but then again I use Windows...and so do 99.5% of our workforce...so...sorry".
 
Tiger-compatible version of Cisco VPN client is now available. However, there is a big warning that it will still cause kernel panics on dual-processor machines, so it is strongly advised to install this only on single-proc computers.
 
i need the cisco darwin to install on my desktop. the administrator at my university is a windows loser and he dont give a damn about my mac problem.i really need wireless on my tiger PB! can u send it to me? i would really appreciate if u have the cisco darwin that works with tiger. please send me a PM if u have it to give u my email!!

i m tired of waiting...3 months and still waiting for the release compatible with tiger...so please someone have mercy and help this newbie!!
