Clear recent file list in WMP9

How to clear the recently opened file list for Windows Media Player? I wonder I dun see such option in the menu?!

If you trash the Windows Media Player prefs file, you also remove the recent items list.

It's not a free method, but with Fruit Menu, you can customize your menus, very handy to add a Delete Recent Files list in any app.

You can find the file you're looking for in: youruser/Library/Preferences folder. Or you can do a Find (command-F) for the file name, and that will quickly locate it for you.
