codec overrun

Why do I get this message all too often when trying to download an upgrade or software? Can this problem be fixed? What does it mean? I have a Mac OS 10.5.4

Maybe a corrupted download, or just an incomplete download.
The problem might be related to problems with your router/firewall setup.

If you have a Netgear Router, turn off the SPI Firewall (in the router settings).
