com wont start past loading screen

my girlfriends bro was messing with my com one day while i was at work so i dont know what he did but now there is an aol cd in the drive i cant eject and now it wont load past waiting for network information service. and i lost the cds that came with it so now i would like to know how to restore my com to factory image

When you restart the Mac (I hope this is the "com" you're referring to), hold down the mouse button once you hear the startup chime. Hold it down until the disc ejects from the drive.

You can't restore the computer to a factory installation without the original installation CDs (or without some form of Mac OS X installation CDs).
