Connecting HP Officejet K80 to my new Macbook Pro

I would like to keep using my HP K80 with the new Macbook pro I just purchased but not sure what the best connection might be or how to do it. Please Help!!

Well (if you are using Leopard) according to Apple support open System Preferences->Print & Fax and click on the Plus button. There select "More Printers" and there you can use the "Gutenprint" driver for basic printing.

I tried this and it doesn't work. I send a test page and nothing happens.
