Convert RealPlayer file to be played in iTunes

Hi, I've got a RealPalyer audio file (.rm) that I'd like to play in iTunes and on my iPhone. Is there a way to convert it to something iTunes will play?

Use real player to convert that movie into something QuickTime can play. Once Real Player saves that movie file, right click on it and choose iTunes to open it. Then use iTunes to import that movie.
 
Thanks...just downloaded RealPlayer (and Real Converter that was included). Real Converter doesn't recognize the file I want to convert (an audio .rm file), RealPlayer can play the clip but there's no option to save/convert it?

Well I am at a lost without paying for a Real Video convertor. It just such an odd format.
