Hello, I made the dumbest mistake last night by shutting off my macbook when it wasn't exactly finished installing updates. Now everytime I turn it on, it says that I need to restart my macbook. Is there any way to fix this?

Apple has a firmware restorer on their web site that should help this issue. The version depends on the model of your machine. Download and burn that disk image to a CD and follow the instructions to restore your firmware

Thanks for the help! Will it wipe out my memory or anything?

Shouldn't affect anything negatively. We had needed to use it 4 different time so far on different machines and have not lost anything yet.

No, won't affect anything, and will not help you unless you had a failed firmware update. If you were simply installing software updates, and shut 'er down without thinking, then you will likely need to reinstall your OS X. You still will not likely lose anything, but you should choose the option to Archive & Install, after booting to your OS X install disk.
