Could Not Connect To Jabber Disconnected

each day when iChat loads I get the following message,
Could Not Connect To Jabber Disconnected Unexpectedly
any answers please?

Do you have a Jabber account?

If so, are your Jabber account credentials entered correctly in iChat's preferences?

If not, have you tried turning off the Jabber account in iChat's preferences?

If you use Jabber, are ports 5222 and 5223 open?

Maybe that was the original poster's problem -- he wasn't wearing the correct women's footwear for normal iChat operation.
