Deleting original admin account

I need to create a new admin account for problems with Microsoft Office 2008 and try if solved. If I create a new one and want to delete the old one, will I lose all my data, emails etc.

You will lose any and all information associated with that account that resides inside the user's home folder or subfolders -- Mail stores mailboxes and email messages in the "Mail" folder inside the "Library" folder located in the user's home folder... so, yes, you would lose that information.

If you wish to retain that information, you can simply back it up. There are more than a handful of methods of backing up that will retain this information, or make it easy to retrieve.
 
I believe you're simply wanting to test the problems you're experiencing in a separate account to find out if they're user-related. If they are, I encourage you to try to find the cause of the problem in your existing user before migrating it to a new one.

What exactly are the problems?
 
I am testing MS Office 2008 which at the beginning was giving freezing problems and I had to force quit. Now it seems ok, will monitor and if anything will write again

I don't know if the previous MS Office 2008 is ok with SL

I don't have answer, but I thought I'd mention that when I updated to Snow Leopard, Microsoft 2008 didn't work for me at all when I installed it; which means you aren't the only person experiencing problems. And I just stopped caring, and stopped using it (now I just use Pages and Keynote which do a much better job, plus they both can open up PowerPoint and Word files).
 
I would love to use Pages but complicated for exchanging files with PC users, at least last time I used, that's why many people prefer MS Office 2008

Well I'm not sure what your uses for Word is, but for mine the export to Word from Pages works just fine when I'm trying to exchange files with PC users.
 
Yeah, Pages is still not as simple as TextEdit for saving Word documents; still requires one to export the file to the desired format. However, I think that's a minor issue and the pleasure of using Pages is worth the extra step.
