Dictionary Scroll Bar is Gone

The Lone Deranger
So whenever I look up something in Dictionary (ie. wikipedia), the article only fits to the size of the window, and I can't scroll down any further. The scroll bar is just missing.

Any way to fix this? is there a .plist to delete?

Sure...
Try deleting the plist(s) created by the dictionary app.

youruser/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Dictionary.plist
or, same folder com.apple.DictionaryServices.plist
Then, back out to the Library, and open the Caches folder. Trash the file com.apple.Dictionary and the folder named com.apple.DictionaryApp

If Dictionary is the only app that has lost a scroll bar, that should fix it.

I deleted all of those files and emptied the trash (all while Dictionary was closed), after emptying the trash, I opened Dictionary again, and there's still no scroll bar.

So, Dictionary is the _only_ app without a scroll bar?
Then, 'general other stuff that might fix this' - which involves deleting a few other plists that might help.
again, in your user folder/Library/Preferences.
trash these files:
com.apple.BezelServices
com.apple.HIToolbox
com.apple.LaunchServices
com.apple.systemuiserver

Then, in the main /Library/Preferences folder:
com.apple.BezelServices
com.apple.windowserver

all end with .plist
Might fix your issue. None of these files will harm your system by removing them.

Restart after removing the files.

I did that too, still got the problem. (and yes, it's only in dictionary)

Must be a config (.plist) file in your user someplace.
To test that theory - does Dictionary have scroll bars (and a complete window) when you log in as a different user?

You can then find out what files to look for, by checking for the newest files in that different user/Library/Preferences folder. You should also look in the Caches folder, and the Application Support folder for other files that are created when Dictionary is being used.
