Disc Conversion

I know this is probably a silly question, but is there any way to convert a
32 bit program to a 64 bit? Thank You.

And, are you asking about a PC version, which could be 32 or 64-bit?

This is an older version. Photoshop Elements 2. for Mac. I currently have
Photoshop Elements 6, Which I don't care for very much. I really miss my
old Photoshop Elements 2, and wish there was some way to have it in my
Mac Pro.

I will bet that version 2 will not work at all with 10.5 or newer. Most older Adobe products either will not work, or have reliability problems with 10.5 and higher. One example of an older product is Photoshop Elements version 4 or older, so even version 4 would have problems.
