disk warrior problem

At the end of the rebuilding process disk warrier reports an error (2168) that is "cant rebuild the desktop". And says to rebuild again.The whole process is repeated. I have done it 4 times now. Am i in trouble if I quit out of diskwarrior. Will I be able to restart.

Are you on Panther or Tiger? If Tiger, do you have an updated DW disc? they just released Tiger compatibility last week.
