Do both of these RAM modules fit my Powerbook?

Hi, I'm buying 512 MB RAM for my new PowerBook 15" 1.5 Ghz at macsales.com (Other World Computing). They have two of these modules with different prices.

Looks like they'll both fit -- just one is Techworks brand, which is slightly better than the other one listed, which is OWComputing's house brand.
