Do I have 2 Xcode installed and how to remove?

I have a old Xcode (4.0.2) so I downloaded the newest 4.6.3 and installed it. The old Xcode is still in /Developer/Applications/ and the new is in /Applications/

Do I have to uninstall the older Xcode, and if so how, not to uninstall the new version?

The two versions (assuming both work) should co-exist nicely.
There's some tips here for removing Xcode 4 from the /Developer folder, which shouldn't affect Xcode installed to a different folder. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5255959/how-to-fully-remove-xcode-4
