Does anybody else have 'sticky dock syndrome' ?

Hi everybody,

I'm on a 12 inch powerbook so screen space is a bit of a problem. I set my dock to hide mode. But every now and again it get's stuck! See attached.

Me, too, with a MacBook Pro and Leopard 10.5.1 Some solutions in forums but none work for me. Still looking for a fix.

Have you tried to delete the Dock Preferences (/YourHardDrive/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist and also in Leopard /YourHardDrive/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.db)? This might reset the dock and fix it.

That happens to me sometimes. Two rapid [option-apple-D]s have always fixed that.
