Whenever I start up my Mac the disk tray shoots out!
What may be the problem - and how can I solve it?

Normally that will happen when the mouse button is held at startup. Any mouse problems?

No mouse problems! No keyboard problems! Did a pram and nvram reset - it still shoots out at start-up - but mysteriously disapears 5 to 20 minutes later back in! Any idea?

check to make sure someone is spoofing on you login startup. Just go to System Preferences->Accounts and highlight your account. Then check the "Login Options".

If that doesn't pan out help yourself in tracing down the problem by scanning the startup portion of the logs (/Applications/Utilities/Console) and see what is going on to make it pop-open (please don't post your WHOLE log, just the entry of the suspect entry).

Try to Reset Your PRAM to see if that helps the problem.

Did reset pram and nvram many times without success!
Maybe my superdrive is just nervous or even faulty?
