Entourage 2004 error code 17099

Dear All

I am using Entourage 2004. I am using Microsoft OUtlook at work and have set up Entourage on my Macbook with same address. HOwever when I send mails from my Macbook I get the following error messages:

Relay access denied
Mail could not be sent
Error -17099

These messages stay in my outbox, but when I am at work and use the wireless connection on my mac the messages go through immediately.

Can someone please help me with this.

That error code -17099 (relay access denied) is returned by your ISP.
Here's a short explanation from the Microsoft support pages: http://www.entourage.mvps.org/error/number.html#error-17099

You may be sending an email that has too many recipients. Many ISPs limit the number to less than 50.
Or, you can try to use your home SMTP server when you are at home. If you are sending an email that you set up at work, then try to send from home, your ISP may not allow the work SMTP, so you could change that in the settings.
