Entourage iCal Calendar

I have a problem with a calendar originally generated by Entourage, as it keeps re appearing in ical after deleting it from the calendar menu.

Entourage has been removed from the iMac, but this calendar still keeps appearing, and is causing iCal (and especially the iPhone cal) to work exceptionally slowly.

Have you any ideas how I can stop the automatic generation of this microsoft entourage calendar?

Was that calendar in Entourage associated with an Exchange server?

If so, you may want to check iCal's preferences under "Accounts" to ensure you don't have an iCal server account setup for that Exchange server.
