Entourage Problem

Hey folks,

The MS Entourage on my family's grape iMac (10.2.8) is having problems. Whenever it launches, 33 identical mail windows open. It functions, but it slows the entire computer down dramatically. I've tried to update Entourage to no avail. I've tried deleting the prefs. I've verified and compacted the database. No change.

Can anyone help?

Try to reset the Entourage database by launching the program while holding down the Option button.
