Thanks for your response. I am using an Intel-based I-Mac, OS X 10.5.5. Not sure on your question about software. The Epson software CD is for Windows OS and for "Mac OS X 10.3.9-10.4.x (powerPC or/ou Intel)", as printed on the CD. The updates I downloaded from Epson.com are a printer driver update for OS X 10.5.x (epson12568.dmg) and EasyPrint update v3.10 (epson12433.dmg). So far, I have removed all related printer files from my Mac, removed the printer from queue, uninstalled all printer apps, restarted the Mac, loaded each app one at a time, repaired permissions in disk util after each load, restarted the Mac after each load, removed the printer from queue again after it was discovered in the software load, restarted the Mac, and added the printer back. These are the steps Epson advised, even suggesting if that doesn't work to do it again but not add the printer. Instead, start the Print CD app and force it to search for the printer. I did that as well. In both cases I still get error message the EasyPrintModule is not installed. It should not be this difficult to print to a CD. And especially on a Mac. I'd understand on Windows PC, but this is the most difficult app I've ever had to deal with on either Mac or Windows.
