extracting converting .bin

ok i asked a similar question a few days ago, i should of been more specific.. so here goes.

I have a .bin (.cue counterpart also) file roughly around 800mb. I downloaded vcdgear for this but it has no GUI, just a command line interface. I need to either A) extract the mpeg file from it or B) use vcdgear to convert the .bin file to .mpg

Could anyone who has any experience with this help me out, as in tell me what to type or point me to a website. I've given it a go but i keep getting a "command not found" message.

Thanks but i'd rather avoid having to pay for the software as .bin files are a rarity. So i'd probably only need to use it once or twice.

From what i've read vcdgear can do it, i just need to figure out how.
