any one knows what is the easiest way to share files from my cpu with another one in private on the internet

You could use Mac OS X's built-in FTP server (System Preferences > Sharing > FTP Access), or you could make a simple web page with links to the files and use the built-in web server (System Preferences > Sharing > Personal Web Sharing).
