Find in toolbar and minimize

Just installed 10.2, speed increase is real, even without QE.

Tell me if I am missing something big here, but:

1) I don't have a nifty new toolbar in my finder windows
2) Minimize in place is not working

Do these need to be turned on? If so, how?

1) I never heard anything of this

2) it was turned off sometime after 6c6x or something... I was very upset about that, maybe a unix junkie can put it back? (hopefully it is in, but just turned off)

1) Go to Customize Toolbar and put it in.
