I think that ElDiabloConCaca gave you some tips on that in your other thread, so Gimp or PhotoShop should help out. Have you tried either of those yet? You'll get to experiment with the solution that gives you the best result. To my eye, that image will be challenging to clean up. The haze is likely much more visible on the original image.
Thanks. Sorry for the double post but I find it almost impossible to find my posts. If there is an easy way to find it could you tell me. If seems the Healing Tool works in Gimp can work, all I need now is to work out how to use it?

You can also go to your user control panel (CP) on this site. That has a link to show you every post that you have made, and every thread that you have subscribed to.
