firefox and adobe flash not updating

HELP!!!!! I read your posts but found nothing, so her is what I need.

I have G-5 Mac OS-X 10.3.9 I have been trying to update some items and have been unable to do so. I need to load the latest version on Adobe Flash and Firefox........but it just wont happen....what do I need to do.
 
You need to upgrade to at least Mac OS X 10.4.

The highest version of Flash you can install on Mac OS X 10.3.9 is Flash Player 9.

Firefox 3 requires at least Mac OS X 10.4.
