flac to mp3

i have some flac files that i need to turn into mp3 so i can use them on my mp3 player,i have itunes and audio hijack,can anyone tell me if i need another program to convert theor can i do it with what i have?

just tried that lin and it worked but sent me to a asian website then i clicked it again and it would not even load

Well there is the old QuickTime plugin standby Perian. There is also xACT. They might help.
