Forward marks in Email

Hi. Is there a utility, app. or script that can eliminate the forward > marks in an Email? In Windows there was a free download utility called Yankee Clipper that copied the Email to the clipboard and when you copied it back to Email, the hatch marks were gone. Thanks folks. Dean M.

All you need to do is going into the Mail application, then go to Mail's Preferences. Once in Mail's Preferences choose the pane 'Composing' and in there uncheck "Increase quote level". No more quote marks in your sent email.

Also for the messages you want to eliminate the >>>> marks, select the message, or the area of text that you are interested in, then go in MAil menus to Format > Quote level > Decrease (or increase if you would occasionally to add it).
