If you want to restrict users to their home directory and subfolders thereof only (which you can set using netinfo) you simply need to put their user names into the ftpChroot file (or you can use the moose's apprentence(sp?), avalable from versiontracker, to do this). I am actually using ProFTP, which has all the configuration options I could want, however it is not the easiest to set up. I supposedly has an Apache like configuration, although never having used apache, I wouldn't know.
