G4 Crash

I was doing a repair disk permissions last night on my home computer because it just froze up and I had to restart. This happened twice. The repair found no errors and was OK. Then I did a Verify Disk and it gave me this error (I've attached a photo also):

Invalid volume count
Invalid volume directory count
The volume Mac HD needs to be repaired
Error: Filesystem verify or repair failed.

I then did the Repair disk again and was still OK.

Do you know what this means

Did you boot from the Mac OS X install CD/DVD to run the disk repair, or did you do it via Disk Utility while you were booted from the hard drive you're trying to repair?

If you tried to repair the disk while booted from the disk, then there are certain things that cannot be repaired, and there are certain messages that will always appear when repairing the disk this way. You should boot from the Mac OS X Install CD/DVD and run Disk Utility that way if you intend on repairing the disk.
