G4 Ram

Hi,
I want to add RAM to my G4 Quicksilver single 933mhz Powermac. Will it take CL3 RAM? If so:

Is 3 x 256mb CL3 (PC133) better than

2 x 256mb CL2 (PC133)?

More RAM is always better, no matter the speed. It would take someone with a Guinness Book of Records-quick brain to notice any speed difference between CL2 and CL3.
