G4 Screen Failure

My G4 was just recently repaired. Everything seemed to work until yesterday when my screen will not activate. Everything seems to be booting up by sound any way.
 
It would help if we knew the exact model of Macintosh you're using -- as of now, all we know is that you have a G4. Laptop? Desktop? Specs? What kind of monitor?
