I remember seeing a very similar mockup on spymac, except the whole casing was rimmed with maybe 12 large size fans, the author speculated it would gently hover over your desktop when you turned it on.

not really, soulseek. not for me. I just bought my PB, and it'll last 2 years, I think. And going to a 3 GHz G5 PowerBook from a 1.33 GHz G4 PowerBook might be quite a great feeling. ;-)

i never said it would be a great feeling... just not goin to happen soon....

a 3 ghz chip will be available in powermacs probably by autumn...bbut will take a long time to find its way into a powerbook!
