Geek message

When I boot up in single user mode (say to run FSCK or Applejack) I get this repeated message:

USBF: 129.779* USBOHC1[0x180b80]::Found a transition which hasn't moved in 5 seconds on Bus 24, timing out!

* These first six numbers keep changing.

Anyone know that this may mean?

I detached the Belkin 7-port USB hub. This stopped the message coming up in single user mode.

I ran FSCK and everything was fine. I re-attached the hub and sequentially removed each USB with each restart. It was the Epson scanner that was creating the error message.

I unplugged the Epson scanner USB connection and the power and reset everything back to normal. Running FSCK again was no problem.

Many thanks again.
