I just bought macbook pro and installed Parallel desktop, with windows xp. Spent entire day trying to print out a document using my dell a920 printer. Please help. Desperate!

Well are you trying to print to it through the Mac or on the Windows running in Parallels?

I can print only on the Windows side running in Parallels. On the MAC side, I hear the printer respond, but print status message says "sending data", then in the utility, there is a error message "printer busy"

i have the DELL driver (DLBKDR5C.DLL) but installed, but the Printer driver doesn't show up on the mac's DRIVER list......inside the mac's System Preferences, Hardware...Print & Fax

Now, after fiddling around, I see status says printing completed, but the job doesn't really print. The log says: Started filter /usr/libexec/cups/filter/pstops (PID 282)

The Dell printers are just really rebranded Epson printers. I don't have a chart right now but i am almost sure this is the case.
