Graphics/drawing Program For Imac

Greetings, All;
A simple question, I hope: strangely my printer, an Epson, didn't come with any kind of photo program which I used primarily for working on pencil and pen and ink drawings, reducing their size and that sort of thing. What would be the recommended program for my iMac? I don't even need it for color work, just black and white. Thanks, Sparrowhawk.

How about Photoshop elements? On the vector side I use Easydraw.

Preview comes with your Mac.

Look under the Tools menu and you should see all you want.
