Have I been hacked?

Every day there seems to be something squirrelly I haven't had to deal with before. Two days ago, I started not to be able to send iMessages from the Mac (have been able for years). I've searched the answers online, jumped the hurdles and hoops, started/stopped, rebooted, iPhone and mac. Can send from phone, not from Mac. In theory, the icons for iCloud match, the emails match, the apple ids match.

This morning, I go to send an email and the signature box is missing. I go into the mail preferences and all my signatures are gone.

Does this have anything to do with starting/stopping desktop preferences in iCloud?
 
Sometimes I have to go to Web portal for iCloud sometimes! Other say if disable I Cloud wait 3 minutes then enable iCloud again works too!
