Help! Safari security breech?

Once in a while (like once every couple of days), Safari is becoming the application of focus and jumping to this BS site:

http://adultfriendfinder.com/search...find_sex=2&min_age=18&max_age=30&pg=0&ip=auto

This is very disappointing from OS X and Safari, software which usually doesn't fall for this BS like Windows would.

How can I stop this? I didn't see any content advisor equivalent (like the Windows thing) so that I could at least add this site to a list of blocked sites. It is very annoying to be in the middle of something and get tossed all of a sudden to this adult BS site. Worst of all is that all of a sudden Safari becomes the active app and you have I have no choice but to see this BS, like I mentioned above.

Please, please help!

I am running Leopard 10.5.1.

Thanks,

Be sure and empty the Safari cache. And be sure to delete all cookies that you do not recognize as logins you want to keep. This is not something Safari can do on it's own - I suspect it's a cookie. You can review them in Safari preferences under Security, where you can also check, Accept cookies only from sites you navigate to.

No doubt, an up to date cookie cleaner is needed ... but it's no biggie to do it by hand.

Also many hacks involve DNS. So go to OpenDNS and follow the instructions to use their DNS. Then create a free profile because with a free profile you can block phishing sites and many other kinds of web sites along with custom blocked sites. This way you can limit nefarious web sites without adding third party hack programs on your computer. It is great service and is faster than your ISP's DNS any day.
