Help with registration

Registered
Hi there,
I recently bought a demo powerbook from a local mac station. I also bought a copy of final cut pro but when I ran the program and the registration info came up, it filled in the computer store's info (I haven't wiped the laptop yet) and I hit "register". Now it says the next time I connect to the internet it's going to submit the registration info. But I don't want it to register in their name, I need it to be registered in my name in case I have any support issues.

Does anyone know where the registration info is stored so I can go and either delete it (so I'll be prompted to re-enter it) or just edit it?

Thanks

Check HERE to uninstall FCP.

You should reformat the drive and reinstall the system, starting fresh since it's been used.

Also, registering does not preclude you from receiving support. In the United States, at least, warranties cannot be denied just because you didn't "register."

If you do not register, the most that will happen is that you won't receive those nice little solicitation emails from Apple. You will not be denied service in any fashion, as it's illegal to require people to submit personal information in order to offer a warranty to them. Your warranty will stand and be honored even if you don't "register."
