how can i open a GUIkit?

Here is what i would like to do:

I used shapeshift but decided i didn't like shapeshifter, but i really liked the background from the label'o's theme.

Is there a way to view the contets of a GUIkit so that i can extract the background and save it a jpeg?

Is there a program that will let me do this?

Try right clicking the app, or Control Click to Show Package Contents.

Ive tried that, there is no option to do so since it is not a program.
