How do you delete empty System Keychains

I some keychains from my Macbook onto my desktop. Mysteriously some empty System keychains (with the same names as the Keychains I copied) have appeared.

How do I get rid of there empty System Keychains?
 
To delete just highlight the keychain and press the delete key or from Edit Finder menus!
